Senix Group is a multidisciplinary consulting practice helping organizations turn complex ideas, operational challenges, and data into practical solutions. We combine design engineering, prototyping, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and business strategy to support projects from concept through implementation.
Whether the need is developing a product, testing a prototype, improving a process, modeling a system, or evaluating a business opportunity, Senix delivers solutions that are technically sound, practical, and aligned with real business needs.
Senix Group is led by Dr. Phyo Hein, a mechanical engineer, data scientist, and business consultant with experience spanning engineering research, product development, enterprise analytics, and artificial intelligence.
His doctoral research, funded by National Science Foundation, examined how requirements and design changes move through complex engineering systems. The work received multiple ASME and NSF awards and produced practical methods using machine learning, network analysis, and systems modeling. This research was published in several peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Engineering Design, Research in Engineering Design, and the Journal of Computing & Information Science in Engineering, as well as presented at the ASME International Design Engineering Technical Conferences (IDETC/CIE).
In the energy and utility industry over the past eight years, Dr. Hein has applied this same problem-solving approach to customer analytics, operational reporting, process automation, predictive modeling, and generative AI. His work focuses on turning complex technical and business challenges into practical solutions that organizations can understand, implement, and sustain.
This combination of engineering, analytics, and business experience shapes the Senix approach: rigorous enough for technical teams, practical enough for daily operations, and focused on measurable outcomes.

Independent Specialists
Depending on what a project calls for, the work is handled by Dr. Hein directly or by specialists from a network of independent practitioners Senix works with regularly. Either way, it goes to someone who has done that specific work before.
That might mean a design engineer, systems architect, data scientist, programmer, BI analyst, business consultant, or compliance analyst — whichever specialist knows your industry's terrain best.
