Privacy Notice
Senix Group is a multidisciplinary consulting practice. This notice explains what personal information this website collects, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It covers senixgroup.co only.
The short version: as of the date above, this site runs no analytics and no advertising, and sets no tracking cookies. The only information collected is what you choose to send through the contact form or a booking request.
What this site collects
Nothing is collected automatically for our own purposes. Information reaches us in three ways, all initiated by you:
Contact form
The form collects the fields you fill in:
- Name — required
- Email address — required, so we can reply
- Organization — optional
- Reason for inquiry — optional, selected from a list of service areas
- Message — required, up to 2,000 characters
This information is used for one purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not sold, rented, or shared with anyone beyond the processors named below.
The form deliberately does not ask for financial details, government identifiers, dates of birth, health information, or any other special-category data. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the message field. If a conversation needs to cover something sensitive, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Booking a conversation
The “Book a Conversation” button opens a Google Calendar appointment page. Anything you enter there — typically your name, email address, and a note about what you would like to discuss — is collected by Google under its own privacy policy and appears in our calendar. We do not receive anything beyond what you enter on that page.
If you email contact@senixgroup.co directly, that message and your address are held in our mailbox in the ordinary way.
Who processes your information
Senix Group relies on established third-party providers rather than self-hosted systems. Each of the following acts as a processor on our behalf and has its own privacy policy:
- Formspree — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Submissions are also visible in our Formspree account.
- Google Workspace — hosts the
contact@senixgroup.comailbox where inquiries are received and answered. - Google Calendar — handles appointment scheduling for the booking page.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data including IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. This is standard infrastructure logging; we do not use it to identify or profile visitors, and we do not consult it.
- Google Fonts — the site loads two typefaces from Google's font servers. Making that request necessarily discloses your IP address to Google. No cookie is set by this.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
As things stand on the date at the top of this page, this site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Cloudflare Web Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script. Nothing follows you between sessions or across other websites, which is why you are not currently asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
That may change. Senix Group may introduce privacy-respecting analytics in future to understand which pages are useful, or search-optimisation tooling that reports how the site performs in search results. If we do:
- this section will be updated to name the specific service before it goes live, and the date at the top of the page will change;
- any such tool will be used to understand site usage in aggregate, never to build profiles of individual visitors, and never for advertising or resale;
- if the tool sets cookies or otherwise requires consent where you live, you will be asked for it rather than opted in silently.
If you want to know what is running at any given moment, this section is the authoritative answer — and your browser's developer tools will confirm it independently.
The contact form includes a hidden anti-spam field that automated bots tend to fill in and people never see. It stores nothing and does not track you; submissions where it has been filled are simply discarded.
How long information is kept
Contact form submissions and the emails they generate are kept only as long as they remain useful for responding to and following up on your inquiry. Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted once the exchange has clearly concluded. Where an inquiry becomes a client engagement, correspondence is retained for the duration of that engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards, as ordinary business records.
You do not have to wait for any of that — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it entirely
- send you a copy of it
Email contact@senixgroup.co and say what you would like done. We will action it and confirm, normally within a few days. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason. Depending on where you live, some of these may be legal rights rather than courtesies; we apply the same practice either way.
Security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to Formspree, and inquiries are held in a Google Workspace mailbox protected by access controls and multi-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure, and information sent over the internet always carries some risk. That is the reason for the request above not to send confidential material through a web form.
Children
This site offers professional services to organizations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Material changes affecting how existing inquiries are handled will be communicated directly to anyone affected.
